Hawaii Civil Marriage provides affordable non-religious marriage ceremonies and civil unions performed by licensed commissioned State of Hawaii Judges. Our wedding ceremonies are non-denominational.

We also have Judges that perform wedding ceremonies outside of the office at sites of your choice. The State and City are now enforcing park permit laws, so before you chose the site make sure you are aware if the site needs permits, inquire and we can give you suggestions. Prices vary from $160 in town to $260 in the country locations.
